Squash seed oils are a versatile addition to your kitchen cupboard. The oils can be drizzled over prepared dishes or incorporated into your favorite recipes as a change from olive or canola oil. Each oil adds its own unique flavor--from intensely nutty to savory and subtle.

Add squash seed oil to your prepared foods Drizzle over prepared foods to add nutrition & zip
popcorn Asian noodle soups, miso soup
instant oatmeal breaded chicken or fish, hash browns
hummus, guacamole, yogurt dips Indian meals like chole or paneer (great with naan)

sauteed leafy greens like spinach, collards, or chard (bsso, dsso)  
sauteed green beans, asparagus, broccoli or brussel sprouts (bsso, rpso)  
squash, cauliflower, potato or cabbage soups (bsso, rpso, dsso)  

Use pumpkinseed oil for dipping Dip in!  
use as a dipping oil for breads, naan, or crudite (bsso)  
add to hummus, guacamole or bean dip (bsso, rpso)  
add to mixed olives (dsso, rpso, ksso)  
drizzle over goat cheese with pumpkin seeds (dsso)  

Use squash seed oil for dressings Liven up dressings and marinades  
blend with lemon juice over salad greens (bsso, rpso)
